Registration

The registration deadline has expired.

The number of participants is limited to 85 (including invited speakers); participation is determined by the order of applications and will be confirmed after paying the workshop fee. The workshop fee is 450 PLN for regular participants and students.

The Organizers will provide the participants with:

  • lunch and coffee breaks
  • workshop dinner

The workshop fee does NOT include:

  • transportation costs
  • accommodation

Scam warning

In recent years there have been scam attempts targeted at conference attendees, so we’re warning you preemptively, that:

  • All emails from the Organizing Committee will be sent from @uw.edu.pl, @fuw.edu.pl, or @uni-ulm.de domains
  • We will be only charging the above-mentioned workshop fee, no other payments will be asked by the Organizing Committee
  • Accommodation and transport are not included in the workshop fee, therefore we will not offer booking assistance to the regular participants
  • Participation and accommodation for invited speakers will be provided by the Organizers without any fee

Any of the mentioned points may be subject to scams, so we are asking you to stay cautious.

Coronavirus information

Due to the epidemiological situation and safety reasons, workshop participants will be required to provide proof of either a completed COVID-19 vaccine series or a negative PCR or antigen test for COVID-19 conducted no earlier than 24 hours before the start of the first session on a given day. If you fail to provide the required documentation you will not be permitted to attend any conference sessions or events. A refund will not be issued if this occurs.
